Siphesihle Tengetile Masuku possesses a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from the University of Eswatini.

1. Social welfare officer intern at His Majesty's Correctional Services, duration: January 2019- May 2019
2. Data Clerk in the Child Safeguarding Department at SOS(volunteer) duration: January 2020- March 2020.
I am also a mental health advocate and human rights activist. I have also worked with an initiative that we formed whilst I was still a student, it's called You Matter. We did campaigns at tertiary institutions in the country and a few high schools to raise awareness on mental health and illness, suicide and murder. We also partnered with the Royal Eswatini police in their national media campaign to raise awareness on gender based violence in 2018.
